Shipping
All orders are
dispatched within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise stated). Orders going to
a UK addressed are posted First Class by Royal Mail and are usually delivered
within 1-3 days of the order being placed.
International orders can
take up to 20 business days to be delivered (depending on the country).
Proof of Postage is
retained for each parcel sent. Please take care to enter your address correctly
as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed
in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.
All UK orders are sent
as Small Parcel by Royal Mail 1st Class at £3.45.
International orders are
posted International Standard by Royal Mail and the cost is as shown in the
table below.

Returns Policy
I do hope that you love
my work that you’ve purchased. If for any reasons you are unhappy with what
you’ve received, please get in touch immediately.
Items can only be
returned if they were purchased from this website.
Please note, postage can
only be refunded if you have received an incorrect item. If you change your
mind about the product then you will have to pay for the return postage and you
will receive a full refund of your original purchase + original postage cost. If you notice that your order is
damaged, please do not accept the package and contact me straight away.
Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back so I
can see what went wrong.
